What would you take to a desert island?

What craft supplies would you take to a desert island?
Well let's assume you've got all the essentials covered. You know: food, water, satellite phone, ipod, books (essential to me) etc. If you were going to be stuck on a desert island for an undetermined length of time what craft supplies would you take with you?

1. I'd want to write, and draw -- so I'd bring a knife to carve quill pens from feathers.
2. Although I don't know how to weave, finding island materials to put on a loom would be fun and perhaps useful.
3. I could carve knitting needles and a crochet hook with the knife, so I wouldn't have to bring those.
4. Paper. To hold me till I could make my own. (This tropical island will have birch trees for their bark, right?)
5. Strong, large needles for sewing.
6. String or thread to hold me till I learn to make my own.
When can we leave? :-)
